Innerverse is a guided self-development and mental wellness platform. By accessing,
registering, or using Innerverse, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these
Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
- Ownership & Legal Entity
Innerverse is an exclusive product, platform, and intellectual property of EpicForce.ai and
Antstar Global Solutions LLC.
All rights, title, ownership, and interests in Innerverse—including technology, content,
branding, systems, and services—are fully owned, operated, and controlled by EpicForce.ai
and Antstar Global Solutions LLC. - Eligibility
To use Innerverse, you must:
Be 18 years or older, or
Be 13–17 years old with parental/legal guardian consent
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Use the Platform only for lawful and personal purposes - Nature of the Platform (Important Notice)
Innerverse provides:
Guided self-reflection journeys
Mental discipline and routine-building exercises
Audio and text-based prompts
AI-assisted insights for personal growth
Innerverse DOES NOT:
Provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
Diagnose mental or physical health conditions
Replace professional healthcare or therapy
Offer crisis or emergency support
If you are experiencing severe distress, self-harm thoughts, or a mental health emergency,
please contact qualified professionals or local emergency services immediately. - User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify Innerverse of any unauthorized use
Innerverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. - User Responsibility & Self-Awareness
By using Innerverse, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your emotional and mental well-being
Platform content is for self-awareness and personal growth only
AI-generated insights are supportive suggestions, not professional advice
Outcomes vary based on individual participation - Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
Upload abusive, harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Use the Platform for self-harm, violence, or exploitation
Reverse engineer, hack, or misuse Innerverse systems
Impersonate others or submit false information
Violate applicable local or international laws
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination. - AI Usage & Data Inputs
By using Innerverse, you consent that:
Your text and audio inputs may be processed by AI systems
Data is used to personalize journeys and improve the Platform
Innerverse does not claim ownership over your personal reflections
All data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy. - Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials on Innerverse—including but not limited to:
Journeys, exercises, frameworks
Audio scripts, prompts, and recordings
AI personalization logic and system design
User interface, branding, logos, visuals
Platform architecture and proprietary workflows
are the exclusive intellectual property of EpicForce.ai and Antstar Global Solutions LLC.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the
Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited. - Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Where applicable:
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
Innerverse may revise pricing with prior notice
Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled
Failure to pay may result in restricted access or termination. - Community Conduct (If Applicable)
If community or interaction features are enabled:
Maintain respectful and constructive behavior
No harassment, hate speech, or spam
Innerverse reserves the right to remove content or users
Feedback submitted may be used to improve the Platform without compensation. - Termination of Access
Innerverse may:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
Terminate access for violations of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with applicable international data protection
regulations where required.
Jurisdiction shall lie with courts designated by EpicForce.ai and Antstar Global Solutions
LLC. - Changes to Terms
Innerverse may update these Terms periodically.
