Innerverse does not:

• Provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
• Diagnose mental or physical health conditions.
• Replace professional healthcare or therapy.
• Offer crisis or emergency support.

04User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify Innerverse of any unauthorized use.

Innerverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

05User Responsibility & Self-Awareness

By using Innerverse, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own emotional and mental well-being.
• Platform content is for self-awareness and personal growth only.
• AI-generated insights are supportive suggestions, not professional advice.
• Outcomes vary based on individual participation.

06Acceptable Use Policy

• Innerverse does not claim ownership over your personal reflections.

All data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy.

08Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials on Innerverse — including but not limited to:

• Journeys, exercises, and frameworks.
• Audio scripts, prompts, and recordings.
• AI personalization logic and system design.
• User interface, branding, logos, and visuals.
• Platform architecture and proprietary workflows.

— are the exclusive intellectual property of EpicForce.ai and Antstar Global Solutions LLC. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

09Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Where applicable:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled.

Failure to pay may result in restricted access or termination.

10Community Conduct
